The Mathematical Association of America gives math tests to middle schools (the AMC-8) and high schoolers (the AMC-10 and the AMC-12). The AIME and USAMO are more difficult tests. Anyway, the archives for these tests provide sample problems.
The Michigan Mathematics Prize Competition is for good high school students. They list previous exams for about the last 40 years.
The State of New York publishes their past tests for high school students.
